They capture important information on a customer’s medical condition and insurance to assist in the functional evaluation performed by the physician, PT/OT therapist and BLACKBURN’s ATP, to be considered for a Power Mobility Device (PMD), custom manual wheelchair, sports equipment, standers and pediatric equipment.

Our sales coordinators also set appointments for evaluations, fittings and/or equipment modifications.
